Do they have a state license: Yes, we are actually State-certified swimming pool contractors (License #: CPCO39915). So we are qualified to help you with all your needs.

Do they want a down payment: We have never accepted monies up front for work not completed. It is now and has always been our policy that the customer should pay when the job is completed. Why would someone want payment of any kind up front?

Do they have adequate insurance: This covers your home in case of any unforeseen damage to your home: $1,000,000 Liability.

Do they have workers compensation insurance, heaven forbid someone fell off your roof: Yes, we do.

Do they have qualified installers: Yes, our installers are factory-authorized and trained.

Do they have an in-house service department: Yes, we can help you with your solar and all your swimming pool needs. Pumps, Filters, Automation and Chlorine Generation systems and complete pool renovations.

What does there warranty cover: Our warranty is one of the best in the industry. For up to 12 years, we will repair or replace any damaged panel due to a factory defect. This does include the labor, unlike most solar companies that charge for labor after the first year. This applies to the original owner. We take the worry out of your warranty.

How long have they been operating under the current name: I have been in the swimming pool industry since 1977 and in business for myself since 1987. We started with one truck and now have 33. Built on quality products and service, we have the largest pool service and repair company in Central Florida and one of the top 5 in Florida. I installed my first solar system while still working with my father in the late 70s. Just like a homebuilder adds new product lines to meet the needs of their customers so do we. I would never risk my reputation on doing something I wasn't qualified to do.
